HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING TO ITALY COST?
The cost of shipping varies based on the type chosen. On our site there are three shipping methods for ordered items:
- "Standard" shipping: the cost is €7.99 and is applied if the total cost of your order (excluding shipping costs) does not exceed €100
- "Standard - Free" shipping: the cost is €0.00 and is applied if the total cost of your order (excluding shipping costs) exceeds €100
- Local delivery: the cost is €1.00, this shipping method can only be selected for those who live in Mantua and surrounding areas.

The shipping cost varies based on the band in which your country is located. Below we provide a list of all the bands and their costs:
- BAND A/B: €11 (France, Holland, Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Germany, Slovenia, Spain, Bulgaria, Belgium, Poland, Czech Republic, Luxembourg)
- BAND C: €13 (Denmark, Portugal, Greece, Slovakia, Romania)
- BAND D: €16 (Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Ireland)

CAN I PAY ON DELIVERY?
No, unfortunately we do not offer this service.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Shipping times are calculated from the moment you place, and therefore pay, your order. You will receive your item within a few working days.

PRE-ORDER
PRE-ORDER means that the items are still in the production phase when the item is made available.
Consequently, the delivery times of the product are 2/4 weeks from the date of release of the item on the site.
