Refund policy
Our policy provides a 14 calendar day deadline for returns. If more than 14 calendar days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and contain any gadgets.
The costs and management of shipping your return will be your responsibility, the amount may vary depending on where you are located.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the item has been received. We will also notify you when your refund request is approved or denied.
ADDITIONAL RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Items for which returns are excluded:
- Gift Vouchers
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To request a return of your order, write an email to info@wrong-society.com entering the item to be returned and your order number.
We will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with all the information necessary to proceed with your request.
Once the product has been returned, if it complies with the conditions listed in the "Return conditions" section, you will receive a refund.
YOU CHANGE
We offer the option to replace your items only if they are faulty or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@wrong-society.com
REFUND CONDITIONS
Both full-price and sale items can be refunded. For items on sale, the discounted purchase price will be refunded and not the full purchase price.
The original shipping costs of your order are non-refundable, therefore they will not be included in the refund amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to be delivered may vary.
If you need to ship an item worth over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
N.B. We remind you that the costs and management of the return shipment will be your responsibility. Shipping costs may vary depending on where you are located.
LATE RETURNS
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; It may take some time for the refund to be formally posted. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time involved when registering a refund.
